FDE ‘Meeting Educational Needs’ in Islamabad’s Private Housing Societies

ISLAMABAD: Despite the limited funding available through PSDP, the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) says it is working to meet the educational needs of the residents of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) in the priority regions where the land has been donated by private housing societies.

The official sources claim that there are now more private housing societies in the ICT than ever before, making the creation of new educational facilities necessary.

According to the sources, by June 2023, several new educational institutions would be completed, however, the completed portions of these institutions have already started offering lessons for the academic year 2022–23.
