The instructions for submitting New Metro City booking forms are as follows:
- Customers should completely fill out, leaving no space unfilled, and submit the booking forms.
- Prior to submission, the following papers must be included with the booking forms,
- 2 attested CNIC photocopies of the applicant
- Two passport-size photos
- Attested photocopy of the next-of-kin CNIC
3. The form should include the customer’s phone number; dealers’ contact information is not permitted.
4. The New Metro City Gujar Khan files will be released in parts, beginning from September 2022.
5. Validate the booking forms at the time of purchase; Society will not be held liable for any incident.
6. To validate your form, send your form number to the verification number provided.
7. The processing fee is charged at the time of form submission which is as follows,
- The processing charges for 5 and 7 Marla plots is PKR 5000/-
- The processing charges of PKR 10,000/- is levied for plots of 10 and 20 Marla.
Society management will not consider forms that do not meet the aforementioned requirements.
