MANDI BAHAUDDIN: The launch of the New Metro City Mandi Bahauddin was announced by BSM Developers at their Early Bird Balloting Event held recently.
A number of Pakistani cities, including Gwadar Golf City, New Metro City Kharian/Sarai Alamgir, and New Metro City Gujar Khan, have seen the launch of residential projects by BSM Developers.
Currently, developers are en-route to adding another project New Metro City Mandi Bahauddin.
According to New Metro City officials, the project will be launched in a few weeks while there is also some circulating information that it would debut in September 2022.
The main goal of this project, like those of the other divisions of New Metro City, will be to offer top-notch housing and world-class amenities in the real estate market.
As per the information, New Metro City will be situated outside of Mandi Bahauddin, however, the precise location is not made public until the official launch.
According to realtors, the project will provide the residents of Mandi Bahauddin and the surrounding areas with an opportunity for both a living and an investment.
The development and success of New Metro City Gujar Khan have already been observed. Similar to that, as soon as it is launched, this new project is expected to attract potential customers and investors.
