ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has provided an additional salary to all Christian employees, including regular and daily wage workers on the eve of Easter.
The news was shared by the Chairman of CDA on his official Twitter handle.

The CDA also allowed free access to swings and entertainment activities at Lake View, F9, and Daman e Koh Parks for the children of Christian employees for the day for the first time.
This is not the first time that CDA has taken such an initiative. In the past, former Chairman Muhammad Usman Younis had approved advance salary and allowances for Christian employees on Christmas.
The announcement has been well-received by Christian employees, who have expressed gratitude towards the organization for recognizing and celebrating their religious festivals.
The CDA’s move is being hailed as a positive step towards promoting religious harmony and inclusivity in the workplace.
