ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated a rigorous operation to eradicate encroachments and illegal constructions in the federal capital.
A team consisting of CDA officials, district administration, and the police conducted a demolition drive using heavy machinery to remove encroachments on government land in Sector F-11.
In this operation, a total of 133 rooms, 35 washrooms, 30 kitchens, and 23 gates constructed on government land in Bhika Syedan, Sector F-11 were demolished.
Expressing his commitment, CDA Chairman Noor-ul-Amin Mengal affirmed that the operation would persist until all encroachments on land allocated for various sectors are eliminated.
Moreover, he further emphasized that development projects on the reclaimed land in Sector F-11 would be given priority and swiftly completed.
