CDA Reclaims Plot Worth Billion Rupees from Illegal Occupants in Kahuta

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) Enforcement Directorate, in a significant move on Tuesday, reclaimed the land of Plot No. M-1 in the Industrial Triangle Kahuta, which had been under illegal occupation for over three years.

Reports suggest that a powerful mafia had unlawfully occupied the plot, but the CDA, in a decisive action, successfully evicted them.

The operation resulted in the transfer of 33 kanals of land, estimated to be worth a staggering six billion rupees.

The operation saw participation from Deputy DG Enforcement, Deputy Commissioner CDA, officials from related departments, the Islamabad administration, and the Islamabad Police.

The CDA administration has been actively cracking down on illegal constructions and encroachments. Their relentless efforts have led to the recovery of government land valued in billions of rupees.
