ISLAMABAD: The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced on Twitter that the rehabilitation of the Simli Dam road has been tendered.

The sealed tenders were invited from approved contractors on a percentage basis from Category C-4 or above, with Project Code CE-01 for the year 2022-23.
As per the details, the rehabilitation and maintenance work of the damaged portion of the Simly Dam approach road in Islamabad is estimated to cost Rs. 74,954,836 and requires an earnest money deposit of Rs. 1,499,097.
The detailed terms and conditions can be found on the CDA and PPRA websites. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director Road Division-III, CDA, on payment of Rs. 5,000 per set during office hours.
The last date for submission of application for issuance of tender documents is 25.04.2023, and the tender documents will be issued on 26.04.2023. The opening of the sealed tenders will take place on 28.04.2023.
It is important to note that the CDA reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of the bid or proposal.
Furthermore, it was also directed that the successful bidder will be required to provide relevant attested documents as per the laid down requirements. The bidder shall also provide an authority letter and CNIC for the person deputed to submit the application and collect the tender form.
