CEO Kingdom Valley Islamabad, Ghulam Hussain Shahid, has said that the first-ever balloting ceremony would be held between Oct 25 and Nov 9.
Kingdom Valley Islamabad has been in discussions of late due to its slow development work, as well as end-users’ and investors’ hesitation to invest in the project for the same reason.
In an interview, the CEO stated that due to the monsoon rains and floods, the labor was sent home so they could take care of their personal property and assets and this caused the development work to halt.
He added that the development had now resumed and the machinery had been deployed again to make sure the development work continued in full swing.
Ghulam Hussain Shahid has also claimed that Kingdom Valley was ‘one-of-its-kind’ and that the people of the twin cities would ‘never again get a project like this’.
He also promised that Kingdom Valley would be of international standards with world-class features and amenities.
