LAHORE: The Chief Minister of Punjab, Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi, has inaugurated the triple-linked roads in Raiwind.
The Chief Minister has also directed the concerned authorities to expedite the development projects in Raiwind in order to meet the March 2023 completion goal.
An inaugural event was held in this regard that was attended by Members of Tablighi Jamat’s Central Shura Imtiaz Ahmed Ghani, Mian Ahsan, Dr. Nadeem Ashraf, Chaudhary Rasikh Elahi, MPA Hafiz Amar Yasir, MNA Malik Karamat Ali Khokhar, MPA Malik Nadeem Abbas, Shabbir Ahmed, Sarfaraz Hussain, Malik Zaheer Abbas, Former MPA Abdul Rasheed Bhatti, Ahmer Bhatti, and some other individuals.
According to the DG Lahore Development Authority, Amir Ahmed Khan, work has been finished from Pajian Chowk to Sundar Road to the Ijtima Chowk bypass.
It was also shared that Raiwind Road connects to the Raiwind bypass through the Khara Chowk.
It is important to mention that the triple-linked roads built with a budget of 1 billion and 13 crores will benefit almost 20 lac passengers and 30 thousand vehicles.
