GUJRANWALA: The Defence Housing Authority, Gujranwala has recently announced that it has opened possession for commercial plots in the area with attractive rebates and concessions on development charges.
The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis for Early Birds who take advantage of the limited-time offer.
The authority has decided to incentivize the construction of plazas within a specific time frame. As per the announcement, the plaza has to be constructed within 1.5 years after possession.
This measure is aimed at ensuring the timely completion of projects and the overall development of the area.
DHA GWA has introduced an exclusive discount on development charges for its customers to make the offer even more appealing.
The discounts will be available in the following tiers:
- First 10 members will get a 75% discount
- Second 10 members will get a 50% discount
- Third 30 members will get a 40% discount
- Fourth 30 members will get a 30% discount
