MULTAN: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Multan has announced that possession and energization of Sector A are now available.
This follows the successful handover of possession in other sectors such as H, M, Q, R, U (10-marla), N (2-kanal), Rumanza, and Villas.
The residents of Sector A will be able to start construction on their properties and will also receive incentives such as up to 100% waiver on development and utility charges.
The sector spans 236 acres of land and features 1 & 2 kanal plots, a mango museum, a mosque, three parks, and other amenities.
The project director also officially energized Sector A, providing residents with access to uninterrupted electricity through an integrated Electric Grid Station.
The DHA administration has set a goal to make 2023 a ‘Year of Excellence’ and is committed to providing residents with a high-quality living environment with all the necessary amenities for modern living.
