MULTAN: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has extended the deadline for non-resident Pakistani investors to apply for residential plots in Rumania Golf Community.
The revised application date for plots is January 8. Interested investors and genuine purchasers can apply for 12-marla, 1-kanal, and 2-kanal home plots in Rumanza Golf Community’s next ballot.
Overseas Pakistani diaspora can express their interest in these residential plots by completing the application form on their official website.
These plots are available with no membership cost and no additional development fees.
The investors will have a 2-year installment plan to become part of the residential complex.
