PESHAWAR: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar has offered a limited number of commercial plots for direct sale.
The society has offered 4 marla, 5 marla, 10 marla, and 2 kanal plots on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Additionally, the rates for these plots are different according to the location and area. However, the price per marla is 1.25 crore.
Some of the plots are located in the DHA Peshawar’s Prism Block, and others are located near the society’s main gate.
DHA has shared that whoever wants to invest should send an application to the DHA Peshawar office, mentioning the area and location of the plot.
