The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) to hire an operator to manage their RCC Pre-Fab walls and column factory.
This announcement was made on the official Facebook page of DHA Quetta on May 21.
The factory can produce 400-450 columns per day, and the authority is seeking experienced and professional operators for the facility.
Interested operators are required to submit their EOI by May 31 to the Director of Town Planning & Building Control at DHA Quetta’s main office located on Airport Road, Quetta Cantt.
The Facebook post highlights several conditions that must be met:
- Incomplete documents will not be considered and will be rejected.
- Only firms and operators registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and DHA Quetta are eligible to submit proposals.
- Interested firms can register themselves with the TP&BC at DHA Quetta.
- DHA Quetta reserves the right to accept or reject any firm based on the provided rules and regulations.
- Documents issued by DHA Quetta must be completed manually by the operator for evaluation.
DHA Quetta is dedicated to developing a technologically advanced, self-sustaining, environmentally friendly, and futuristic society.
The authority is currently working on various projects, including developing sub-sectors, a Dancing Fountain, Bankers/Business Enclave, family parks, apartments, a Grand Entrance Complex, and a 3-kilometre Jinnah Expressway. These projects are expected to be completed by 2023.
