QUETTA: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has recently announced a scheme to waive surcharges on residential and commercial plots.
This scheme aims to provide customer-friendly policies to plot owners, as stated in a post on the authority’s Facebook page.
The surcharge waiver scheme is available in three categories, and the details are as follows:
- Customers with 5-marla marketing plots will be eligible for a 100% discount on a surcharge if they pay all their installments of development charges.
- Owners of public ballot residential plots can avail of a 40% discount on a surcharge if they clear all their installments.
- Owners of ballot commercial plots can enjoy a 35% discount on a surcharge if they pay off all their installments.
This offer is valid until May 31, and the DHA Quetta administration has encouraged plot owners to take advantage of this opportunity by paying their installments promptly.
