The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has recently announced a waiver scheme for those who are members of Sector J in Phase V, offering them a great opportunity to build their homes.
Under this scheme, members of Sector J are eligible to avail a 100% waiver on different services, including site plan/possession, drawing submission, water charges, and approval charges.
The scheme is exclusively available to Sector J members of Phase V, which recently received possession on February 7.
The DHA team has described this as a fantastic opportunity for buyers to construct their homes.
The offer is applicable until May 31.
