FGEHA Asked to Resume Work on Lifestyle Residency Apartments

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Secretary of Housing and Works, Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, gave the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) the go-ahead to resume and quicken the pace of development work at the Lifestyle Residency Apartments on Bedian Road in Lahore.

The secretary reiterated, “In order to provide employees with modern housing facilities, Lifestyle Residency Apartments must be completed on time without compromising the quality.”

He also ordered the restart of the membership drive for the Bedian Road project to give an opportunity to those who missed the previous chance.

According to the details, approximately 75 Kanal of land close to the village of Thethar in Lahore for Lifestyle Residency Apartments has been transferred in the name of FGEHA.

The project site will be accessible via Rohi Nala Road, and a bridge connecting the two locations will be built over the Hudaira Drain.

Furthermore, the FGEHA has already given an intimation to the contractor to resume construction at the site as the masterplan also includes the construction of 1,258 apartments for federal government employees.
