ISLAMABAD: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued over 1,687 Provisional Offer Letters (POLs) to government employees for the Kashmir Avenue apartment scheme, G-13.
According to official sources in the Ministry of Housing and Works, 817 POLs were of the A-Category, while 870 were of the B-Category.
Sources further informed that the groundbreaking of 56 Kanal land for the housing project was held in April 2019, and the project is planned to provide housing facilities for federal government employees.
The layout plan indicates that the structure would comprise three towers, each with three basements and 21 stories above ground, it added.
Minister for Housing and Works Maulana Abdul Wasay also directed concerned officials to expedite ongoing FGEHA projects such as Kashmir Avenue Apartments, Chaklala Heights, and Skyline Apartments in Islamabad,
It is worth mentioning that the provisional allotment of 184 houses had been canceled due to non-payment of dues.
