Mega City Gujar Khan has revealed the much-awaited price plan for residential plots.
The society has revealed that the residential plots would be in the sizes of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal.
The prices for these residential plots are as follows:
- 5 Marla – PKR 18.90 Lac
- 7 Marla – PKR 26.90 Lac
- 10 Marla – PKR 36.90 Lac
- 1 Kanal – PKR 67.90 Lac
The society also offers 2 Kanal residential plots, the price for which will be shared soon.
However, the price plan and sizes for the commercial plots have not yet been disclosed.
Mega City is stretched over to an area of 5000 Kanal and is owned by V4 International. The project is positioned on the main GT road in Gujar Khan opposite the New Metro City.
It is important to mention that the society has not been issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the concerned authorities.
