ISLAMABAD: The President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, and his delegation met with CDA Member Finance Syed Mazhar Hussain Shah to discuss the need for development works in the markets.

The old sewage system in the markets has become inadequate for the current population, causing leaks and bad smells.

Other necessary development works include repairing footpaths, constructing parking areas, and restoring street lights.

Bakhtawari proposed forming teams of CDA department directors to visit markets weekly with ICCI and market representatives to address issues.
