ICCI Donates 50 Kanal Land in Chakwal to Pakistan Sweet Homes

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) hosted a Barkat-e-Sehar program in collaboration with Serena Hotels, Islamabad, to raise donations for Pakistan Sweet Homes (PSH).

The event was attended by prominent traders and industrialists of the city, who made donations of around Rs. 20 million.

During the event, Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, President of ICCI, announced that the organization would give 50 kanal lands in Chakwal to PSH for constructing its branch in that area.

Bakhtawari praised the services of Zamrud Khan, Patron in Chief of PSH, and urged the business community to cooperate with the institution so that it could continue to provide better care to orphans.

Zamrud Khan thanked ICCI members for their contributions and the announcement of the land donation.

Khan said that with the blessings of Allah the Almighty and the cooperation of philanthropists, PSH has been making good progress day by day and has set up many centers across the country.

He said that he aimed to make the children of Pakistan Sweet Homes proud citizens of Pakistan so that they could play an active role in the development of the country.

The event was attended by several notable figures, including Faad Waheed, Senior Vice President, Engr. Azhar ul Islam Zafar, Vice President of ICCI, Sheikh Baser Daud, and others.
