ISLAMABAD: The President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, has asked the government for permanent representation in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board to address the concerns of the business community.
According to the details, the president stated the representative should be a government official who could act as the business community’s voice in the CDA affairs.
He added that this would also aid in resolving the issues faced by the business community and would also help in growth.
The decision was also supported by the President of the CDA Officers Association, Amir Shehzad.
It is important to mention that the ICCI promised to cooperate with the association and act in the best interest of the CDA officers.
The ICCI President also discussed matters regarding encroachments, beautification, and the sanitation of the capital.
