PESHAWAR: Dr. Amjad Ali, Minister of Housing of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has stated that development on the 516-Kanal Dangram Housing Scheme will begin soon.
The minister, while presiding over the 32nd board meeting of the Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (PkHA) in the Civil Secretariat, stated that the scheme included 682 plots, 71 of which had been designated for local registered journalists.
The meeting also discussed the allocation of 77 Kanal land for the Provincial Services Academy at Jalozai Housing Scheme, the visit of experts to the site of Mega City, Nowshera, the hiring of a legal panel, and the relocation of the office of the Director General (DG) Provincial Housing Authority to Nishterabad.
The provincial minister commended the PHA management for their efforts in securing specific land for the graveyard in Dangram Housing Scheme and also requested the management to pay a visit to Hangu Township.
In addition, the secretary, deputy secretary of the Housing Department, the additional secretary of local government, the director general and director of finance, PKHA, and other officials attended the meeting.
