KPHA’s Managing Director expressed gratitude to the Appellate Tribunal for providing relief to the department by issuing the directive to refund the deducted amount.

The deduction had caused a financial collapse of the province’s only Highways Development Organization, he added.

The officials of KPHA stated that the tribunal’s order to refund the deducted amount would help in reducing the financial burden on KPHA, which will help in the timely completion of ongoing projects.
