LAHORE: The 101 Group recently held an event at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai to showcase their upcoming sustainable apartment project, “Forest V.”
Forest V is designed to be a 7-star luxury residential complex in Lahore that will offer premium living for overseas Pakistanis.
The project’s design is inspired by a vertical forest and will feature customizable terraces that can be turned into forest lawns or gardens.
The complex will include 87 apartments and Pakistan’s largest penthouse, spread over 25,000 square feet of rooftop space overlooking the Gymkhana Golf Course.
Additionally, the Group Director and Chief Commercial Officer of 101 Group, Mr. Asim Iftikhar, discussed the project’s potential as an investment opportunity for overseas Pakistanis.
He stated that the project would offer luxurious amenities while being environmentally conscious. Construction has already begun on the site and is expected to be completed in December 2025.
The payment plan for the project includes a 20% down payment, 10% at possession, and the remaining balance paid in quarterly installments.
The attendees were also given a presentation by the project architect, Marcus Wilkins of ARCHI-TEX, who highlighted the project’s unique features that are not commonly found in international markets.
Furthermore, the event was successful and was attended by many people who showed interest in the project.
