LAHORE: A banking court on Thursday ordered the auction of PML-N’s MPA Arshad Javed Warraich’s property for failing to repay a bank loan.
The MPA’s 30 Kanal property will be sold at auction on September 5, according to a timeline set by the court.
According to reports, the MPA mortgaged his 30 Kanal and 6 Marla land in Sialkot in order to obtain a loan in the name of Punjab Enterprises.

In response to the petition, it was considered by Judge Arshad Hussain Bhutta and the court auctioneer Rana Abdul Manan Advocate presented the auction schedule.
