The main objective behind introducing online bidding is to expand the reach of potential investors, both within the country and abroad. By adopting this modern method, LDA aims to attract a more significant number of interested parties.
The meeting highlighted the significance of adopting technological advancements in the auction process and recommended that the relevant authorities take necessary steps to ensure the implementation of online bidding for LDA’s upcoming auctions.
This decision is expected to bring more transparency and convenience to the bidding process while also facilitating wider participation of investors.
LDA is confident that adopting online bidding will enhance its credibility and encourage more people to invest in its projects.
