The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has said that it has allotted a QR code to all approved housing societies so that the general public or dealers could be able to make safe investments in legit housing projects.
In a social media post, LDA notified end-users/investors to scan the QR code assigned to the housing societies to get information pertaining to the total number of plots, mortgaged status, and the development status of a society.
LDA has also advised the end-users and the potential dealers not to fall for misleading advertising campaigns run by the housing societies and always scan the code before making any investments.
The Authority has urged the general public not to invest in societies that don’t provide you with a QR code.
The QR codes allotted to different societies are also available on the LDA official website, said the announcement.
