LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) held its fourth computerized draw for the allotment of plot numbers to file holders of LDA City on Tuesday.
As per the details, the draw was conducted under the supervision of LDA DG Aamir Ahmed Khan at the LDA Sports Complex in Johar Town. A total of 1,153 files were included in the draw.
During the draw, LDA DG Aamir Ahmed Khan pressed the computer button to initiate the selection process.
He also emphasized that LDA City, located between Ferozepur Road and Ring Road, offers a secure investment opportunity.
The DG further stated that LDA is working on the development of this project at a rapid pace, and people will be able to start constructing their houses by the end of this year.
To ensure transparency in the selection process, the LDA DG noted that the support of the Punjab Information Technology Board was obtained.
As a result, file holders can check their plot numbers by visiting the LDA website at lda.gop.pk.
Besides, several high-ranking officials, including Additional DG Housing Safiullah Gondal, Chief Metropolitan Planner Nadeem Zaidi, Chief Engineer I Israr Saeed, Chief Town Planner Shakeel Anjum Minhas, DG Headquarters Akbar Naqai, and Director Khurram Yaqub were present at the event.
The LDA Officials stated that with the allotment of plots to file holders, individuals interested in investing in this project now have a better understanding of the location of their properties.
