ISLAMABAD: Mivida City has announced granting possession of plots on 50% payment to the clients who want to start construction of their houses.
If you start constructing now:
- Development charges will be deferred and not charged at this stage.
- The next 6 months’ installments will also be deferred and the client may start payment of installments after six months of this deal.
- The company will support the client by providing predesigned elevations, floor plans, working drawings, and BOQs of the houses free of cost.
- In the case the designs differ from the preapproved ones, the client must get them approved by the company.
- The company will also support in providing basic facilities for construction like water and electricity.
- Construction of the houses should be started within one month of this deal.
- The construction of the houses should be completed within one year.
- All construction should comply with the company bylaws.
- This offer Is valid only for the first 50 clients on a first come first served basis subject to the payment of 50% amount given above.
Mivida City is being developed at Chakri Road, which is 65Km from Zero-point Islamabad, while being close to Motorway M-2 and Adiyala Road.
It is important to mention that Mivida City’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) is still pending the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) approval.
