New City Paradise has launched 3.5 marla residential plots that can be purchased in easy installments.
The total price of the 3.5 Marla residential plot is Rs. 1,295,000. The payment plan includes a downpayment of Rs. 300,000 (Rs. 150,000 for booking and Rs. 150,000 at confirmation).
The rest of the payment can be made in 36 easy monthly installments of Rs. 13,750 per month, besides 4 half-yearly payments, one balloting payment, and one allotment payment of Rs. 50,000, Rs. 150,000, and Rs. 150,000 respectively.
Additionally, the society is also offering a 10% discount on the full payment and a 5% discount on half payment. The investor will be eligible for delivery within 1 year if he/she has cleared the full payment.
It’s important to note that the society says it reserves the rights to change the prices without informing the public.
New City Paradise spans over 4,256 Kanal offering residential and commercial plots with sizes of 5 marlas, 10 marlas, and 1 Kanal, as well as the newly launched 3.5 marla residential plots.
New City Paradise is in the developing phase and is being developed by New City Developers who have already delivered New City Phase I and II in Wah Cantt.
