Nova City Islamabad has finally announced that the balloting of the General Block would take place on 25th October.
In a Facebook post, the society disclosed that the Prime Block was ready for possession, and announced the date for the balloting of the General Block.
Moreover, the date for the possession of the General Block is not yet revealed and will be announced shortly.
Nova City management has also shared that the Pueblo Block and Nova World Overseas block are being developed at a rapid pace, yet the date for balloting of these blocks has not been revealed.
Additionally, the closed registrations of 4 and 8 Marla General Block Commercials will secure their plot numbers in the upcoming ballot that will be announced shortly.
Earlier, Nova City had received the NOC from NH&MP for the development of a dedicated interchange at the CPEC motorway, and was also recently issued NOC by IESCO for electrification.
Currently, Nova City is planned over an area of 10,000 Kanal and is offering a number of amenities that include:
