ISLAMABAD: Nova City Islamabad has recently signed a concession agreement with the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) to offer exclusive benefits to its members.
The agreement was signed at the ICCI office in Sector G-8 by Chaudhary Junaid Afzaal, Chairman of the Nova Group, and Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, President of the ICCI.
Under the concession plan, ICCI members will be entitled to special discounts on plots, easy payment plans, and the option to take possession of their plots upon paying 40% of the total amount.
This partnership aims to benefit both parties, with ICCI members receiving exclusive offers while Nova City gains access to a wider network of potential buyers.
The signing of the concession agreement was part of a larger memorandum of understanding (MOU)-signing ceremony, during which Nova Group and ICCI representatives expressed their admiration for each other’s services and their optimism for a successful partnership.
The two organizations will collaborate to establish a Special Economic and Industrial Zone as part of the MOU.
The concession agreement is expected to create a mutually beneficial relationship between Nova City and ICCI, with both parties working towards achieving their respective goals.
With this development, ICCI members can invest in Nova City’s housing scheme at a discounted price.
At the same time, Nova City can expand its customer base and establish itself as a premier housing destination in Pakistan.
