Peshawar Warsak Road to Get 2 Skyscrapers

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Mahmood Khan, has performed the groundbreaking of two high-rise structures on Warsak Road in Peshawar.

The multi-story structures have 1,240 residential apartments of various sizes and other amenities, according to the data. The project has a total cost of PKR 17.5 billion.

One of the buildings, which will have 10 residential stories and 3 commercial floors, will be constructed on more than 5 kanal of land.

On 79 kanal of land at the Rehman Baba Complex, a second high-rise structure with 10 residential levels will be built.

Speaking at the event, CM Khan praised the provincial housing minister’s efforts in initiating the residential buildings’ development.

He added that low-income individuals would also have access to the residential facilities in these high-rise structures.
