Blue World City is a project of Blue Group of Companies (BGC) and is located on main Chakri road near Chakri Interchange.

It is divided into several blocks such as General Block, Overseas Block, Hollywood Block, Blue Hills Country Farms, Blue World Economic Zone, Orbital Apartments, and Awami Residential Complex.

Yet, Blue World City has not endorsed the booking for the Hollywood block. According to the management, the bookings for the Hollywood block will be started once it is developed.

Blue World is accessible from M-2 Lahore – Islamabad Motorway and is positioned at 12 minutes drive from Chakri Interchange, 39 minutes drive from Islamabad International Airport, 45 minutes drive from Srinagar Highway and 56 minutes drive from Zero Point, Islamabad. It will also be accessible from Rawalpindi Ring Road once it is developed.

Blue World City head office is located in Civic Center Bahria town Phase 4.

Chairman of Blue World City, Saad Nazir, is an architect and is working closely on the monuments like Burj Al-Arab, the Blue Mosque, Horse Mascots, and many more.

He claims that the project will be Pakistan’s first tourist society. He has also ensured that all investments are safe and will soon pay higher profits.

However, development work has been started on the entry of Sports valley block which is positioned at a five-minute drive from Adyala road. This block also includes an international standard stadium as announced by the society’s Chairman.

Furthermore, the details of these new blocks will be shared once they are officially launched. These blocks tend to be a new opportunity for investors who have already invested in the project and have earned profits, along with the general public who seek to buy affordable property.

The project is stretched over to an area of more than 1 Lac Kanal and is highly criticized for a languid development pace and that it is more focused on adornment instead of working on the residential and commercial areas in which several people have invested.

At first, a letter was issued by the district court regarding the NOC for Blue World City on 7th August 2018. The government also resolved the jurisdiction issue between Rawalpindi Development Authority and the district after signing the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance Act by Governor Punjab. yet there is no information related to the approvals on RDA’s official website.

According to market experts, it is a long-term project and those who have invested might have to wait for at least 10 to 15 years.

This project has offered one of the most affordable residential and commercial plots and is said to be Pakistan’s most selling project. However, the owners are facing many issues regarding NOC and other government approvals.
