Dream Valley Housing is a project suitable for residential purpose. The project has been launched in previous year due to which it didn’t forecast any healthy increase in price trend.

Since the development is in initial phase, dream valley has not increased its prices till date.

Having said that the price at pre-launch did increase 17% approx. In other words, a residential plot of 5 Marla with a pre-launch price of Rs. 34 lac increased Rs. 40 lac.

Similarly, 2 Kanal Dream Valley farmhouse also reflected an increase of 17% as its pre-launch price of Rs. 1 crore 53 lac appreciated to Rs. 1 crore 80 lac.

These prices may reflect a sudden surge since the society has grabbed NOC at a very early stage, the property experts predict that this area will soon show a flux of investors since the real estate market is expanding with a fast pace.

Homeowners and buyers are advised to invest in this society after a careful analysis of market trend, trust ratio and anticipated ROI.
