Elite Reverie, also known as Eighteen Islamabad is an elite housing project located on Srinagar Highway (previously Kashmir Highway). It is approved by RDA and the promised completion time is around 2025. The progress so far stands at roughly 40%.

Eighteen is being developed by Egypt’s Ora Developers in collaboration with Saif Group and Kohistan Builders. The project spans over 700 acres and offers top-notch residential and commercial properties with state-of-the-art amenities.

According to Eighteen, the project is going to be sparsely constructed, with only 16% of its land used for construction and the remainder 84% left for green areas.

The project is popular as Eighteen Islamabad, however, it falls under the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi Development Authority.

Residential properties available at Eighteen include villas and apartments. 1/2, 1, 2, 4 and up to 8 kanal private villas are also offered with a plot area ranging from 2,206sqft to 46,052sqft. The constructed area will range from 2,728sqft to 13,988sqft.

Price of villas range from 4.6 crore to 54 crore, whereas, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed residential apartments with covered areas 775sqft to 2,205sqft is priced between Rs 1.38 crore to 4.1 crore.

As the project is still about half-way through, real estate experts claim that the prices at Elite Reverie Eighteen Islamabad are yet to hit the peak. But even at this time, the rates are high making it most expensive real estate project so far.

Eighteen is going to offer a state-of-the-art facilities to its dwellers. Eighteen’s Golf Course will occupy 7200 Yards of land, whereas, the Club House will cover 40,000sqft of land
with a cricket field, cricket pavilion, sports cub, swimming pools, squash courts, yoga studio, gold pro retail shops and restaurants.
The shopping area will spread over an area of 560,000sqft with 1200 parking lots. 2 Million square feet is designated for the business park at the Core Eighteen with 13 office buildings.
