Engineers’ Housing Scheme is an approved project only for engineers, executives in Grade 17 & above in Government, Semi Government, Autonomous bodies, and equivalent positions in private and business sectors.

A total of 2300 Engineers have been allotted residential and commercial plots to date in Engineers’ Housing Scheme.

Engineers’ Housing Scheme is located in CDA Sector D-16/17 Zone II, Islamabad, and is approved by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and has NOC for about 1156 Kanal of land.

Engineers Housing Scheme is being planned & developed by a team of competent engineers.

The Society has 3 Entry points, one of its gates is located behind AWT WAPDA Town via motorway M-1, the second one is near Gulshan e Sehat in D-18 and the third one is near Margalla View society. Engineers Housing Scheme features different blocks from A to M.

As the development on Margalla Avenue will be completed, society will be benefited as well.

Property Types

Engineers’ Housing Society has offered residential and commercial plots of different sizes and price ranges.

The prices vary concerning the position and location of the plot. There are a total of 706 residential and 80 commercial plots.

EHS has divided the types of houses in 2 categories

Type I is the construction of a house for the members who have been allotted plots.

Whereas, type II is for new members who want to buy new houses in CDA sectors D-16 & 17, Islamabad.

The size of type “I” houses are 50×90 and 40×80, Similarly, type “II” consists of 30×62, 35×70, and 35×80.

The members have the option of converting their plots into constructed houses of any size.
