Block A has been sold out. This block has offered features like 225” feet boulevard and a commercial hub for the residents and which also grabbed the attention of many investors. Modern development standards have been maintained in this block as minimum street size is 40 feet and upto 110 feet in and around the sector which made it convenient to all the amenities.

Block B comprises of parks, grounds and gardens which are a communal meeting places for the residents.

Block C locality has emerged as the a luxury residential location in the primary residential real estate market. Luxury properties offer airy views of Nearby Margalla Hills and a planned future access to the CPEC route through the M-1 Motorways.

Faisal’s one block is attached to B-17, Islamabad and another block is attached to New City, Wah Cantt.

Executive block is an exclusive residential block alongside Margalla Hills with direct access from main GT Road, this block provides close proximity to Taxila City, Museums and all of its surroundings. Executive Block also provides massive high-rise developments comprising of residential apartments, schools, shopping malls and offices.

The main disadvantage of this society is that it is approximately 29 kilometers from zero point which is almost a 40 minutes drive, and people who have to travel to Islamabad on a daily basis will get exhausted as the GT road is always  packed with heavy traffic.
