Faisal Residencia is an on-going residential project by Zendem International PVT ltd and is located in CDA sector E-17 on main Fateh Jhang road N-80 adjoining MPCHS Tele Gardens Housing Scheme. The project is being developed by the same developers as Faisal Town.

The location provides easy access to society from multiple routes of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Moreover, a few alternative routes also lead to Faisal Residencia Islamabad like the Fateh Jang Road and G.T Road.

The society is positioned at a 14 minutes’ drive from Tarnol, 28 minutes’ drive from Islamabad International Airport, and 26 minutes’ drive from B-17 Multi Gardens.

Faisal Town Islamabad is a project of Zedem International Private Limited, which is owned by Chaudhry Abdul Majeed who is the former chairman of MPCHS. Abdul Majeed is a respected name in the local real estate Islamabad. and is recognized for his well-executed housing projects such as E-11, F-17, and B-17.

Faisal Residencia housing society is stretched over E-17/1 and E-17/4 of the CDA Sector E-17 Islamabad. Faisal Residencia was started almost 5 years ago and is said to be a flop project by Chaudhary Majeed’s Zedem International (PVT) ltd as no such development has been done and it is said being said that the land has not been fully purchased.

Though the project is located at a prime location but the development has been stalled and no one is ready to invest in Faisal Residencia.

The project is from the same developers who have developed Faisal Hills and Faisal town. Also, the Capital Development Authority has not yet issued NOCs.

However, In an interview the owner of Faisal Residencia Mr Chaudhary Majeed has given hopes to revive the project and will never let the investors lose their money.
