Kingdom valley Islamabad is a contemporary housing society located on M2-Chakri Interchange. This is also a project of Naya Pakistan Housing program.
The location is near New Islamabad International Airport, 15 minutes away from the Kashmir Highway, and nearest to Chakri Interchange (almost 3 kms) and 5 km’s away from Rawalpindi ring road, 15 minutes’ drive from the Kashmir Highway and 15 minutes’ drive from Adiala Road.
The housing society is also accessible from Rawalpindi Cadet College and Thalian Interchange.
The project is stretched over a 15000 kanal of land and is approved by Punjab Housing and town planning agency under (approval number DRG/PHATA/2176-2021), plus the development is fast as well.
The society is currently working on sewerage systems, street and roads within the society and most of the area will be developed within 2 to 3 years.

Rumours & Controversies
Many Overseas Pakistanis and even people living in Pakistan were hesitant to invest in kingdom valley as the project is affiliated with Naya Pakistan Housing program which was an initiative of former government, so investing in such scheme were seen as a risk.
However, the spokesperson of Kingdom valley Mr Rahat Kazmi said in an interview that, this housing scheme is a project of the government and is not related to any specific political party and the vision of Naya Pakistan housing program is same as of Kingdom valley which is to provide affordable homes to the everyone who has a dream to own a house.
He also added that complaints have been filed on the people (other than Kingdom valley’s authorized dealers) who have printed fake property files and have been selling them to a lot of people who were interested in investing in this project.
He further advised that whoever wants to invest in Kingdom valley or anyone who has purchased or is going to purchase property file from unauthorized dealer should verify the file from the verifying counter which is present within the society.
Kingdom group has been accused that they have acquired a NOC for 108Kanals and tempered it to 108acres. Clarifying this point the spokesperson said that the NOC acquired for the total land owned fulfils all the legal requirements and is as per the criteria of the government.
Furthermore, Property Expert Mr Sohail Jaffry has mentioned that upon asking about the approval of the project that whether it is approved by RDA or CDA, the officials told him that it is approved by Naya Pakistan Housing Program which is doubtful as this body doesn’t have the authority to issue approvals or NOCs.
He has also pressed concern about how the society is using Naya Pakistan Housing Program as a selling tactic.
