Park view city is a project by ‘The Vision Group’ in Zone IV, Islamabad. It is located exactly on Malot road, Islamabad with the proximity to Bahria Enclave, Islamabad Expressway and Kashmir highway.

PVC Islamabad brings Residential and Commercial plots and has obtained No objection certificate from Capital Development Authority.

Park View city also provides plots ranging from the area of 3.5 marla to 2 kanal. The project is positioned opposite to Bahria Enclave, 5 mins drive to Bani Gala, 15 minutes’ drive to Serena hotel and near Islamabad zoo and the botanical garden.

Gate No. 1 of the society is accessible from Kuri road. As you enter through this gate you will see the Downtown which is the commercial area of the society.

Downtown includes a 100 kanal lake and 6 – 8 marla commercial plots are available. The second mega commercial project, The Walk, is also part of this society where 1 kanal commercial plots are being offered.
