The Telegraph & Telephone Employees Cooperative Housing Society (T&TECHS)

The Telegraph & Telephone Employees Cooperative Housing Society (T&TECHS) is a project of Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society and was registered on 25th January 1981 against Registration No. 4 under section 10 of the Cooperative Societies Act 1925 with the objective to layout, establish and maintain a residential colony within the area of Islamabad for its employees and members.

The society was launched in 1898 and re-launched in 2004. This is a unique scheme in Zone-ii where 100% land stands acquired and developed

T&TCHS is located in the CDA sector F-17 and exactly in the center of Tarnol Interchange of Motorway (M-1) and Tarnol Railway crossing on G.T Road towards Taxila-Peshawar on main Fateh Jhang Road.

The society is positioned at a 21-minute drive from Islamabad International Airport, 24 minutes drive from Srinagar Highway, 35 minutes from the Taxila bus stop, and 31 minutes drive from Zero Point, Islamabad.

The CDA sector F-17 belongs to two corporate housing societies, i.e. Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS) and the Telephone and Telegraph Employees Cooperative Housing Society (T&T). Normally, the projects under CDA have 4 sectors but this society has 2 sectors. F-17/3 is under Multi-Gardens and F-17/2 is under T&T.

This residential society has been approved by Capital Development Authority and has a NOC for about 2751 Kanal.

An Incentive of PKR 5 Lakh has also been announced on 95% completion of full house and on completion of single story incentive of PKR 3 Lakh will be given to the member by Society. First 250 members will get the incentive on first-come first-serve basis.

TTECHS has offered residential, commercial plots with different sizes and prices.

The sizes vary from 30×60 (200 sq.yds), 35×70 (272 sq.yds), 40×80 (356 sq.yds) and 50×90 (500 sq.yds). A total of 2386 residential plots were offered.

The Society is stretched over to an area of 5000 Kanal and has an approved Layout plan for 2751 Kanal. The Master Plan includes Educational Institutes, Health Care Centres, Commercial Area, Mosques, Parks, 40ft to 170ft Carpeted Roads/Streets 600ft and Wide Green Belts.
