Controversies
A few months ago, some people who have purchased land in top city have filed a report against the Owner of the society Kunwar Moeez Ahmed Khan that their lands have been forcefully occupied and the infrastructures have been destroyed.
The people who filed a report were Chaudhary Amir, Chaudhary Khalid, Chaudhary Babar, Chaudhary Qamar, Muhammad Shakeel and Nasir Khan Bangu. In response, last week on a visit to see their plots they have been attacked by the management of the society.
The Lawsuit No. 636/3 which has been filed in thana Naseerabad and under claimant of the employee of Dynast Associate Mr Zafar Iqbal.
He says, that these people have entered the offices and stole televisions and other office equipment and on arrival of the management they have left their vehicles and ran.
Moreover, A petition against Kunwar Moeez Ahmed Khan is being moved to Supreme court as well. But From the looks of what has happened in the territory of Top City1, it seems like the police has been defending the owner and the management of the society and making efforts to keep them on a safer side.
