LAHORE: Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has invited proposals from potential investors or developers for the Chaharbagh Project, a 10-kanal apartment building complex to be built under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement.
As per the details, the development will involve designing, constructing, financing, selling, marketing, operating, and maintaining the complex.
The announcement specifies that interested parties with the required technical and financial capabilities can submit their proposals for the Chaharbagh Project using the single-stage-two envelope method.
The last date for obtaining the Request for Proposal (RFP) is May 19th, 4 PM, and the last date for submitting bids is May 23rd, 4 PM.
The RFP can be acquired from the Executive Director Commercial by providing a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft payable to RUDA.
On the same day of bid submission, technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders. Firms that meet the technical evaluation criteria will be notified and invited to participate in the financial bid opening, with the date of this event to be communicated later.
