LAHORE: The Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has registered almost 4,791 real estate companies in the fiscal year 2021-2022.
According to the details, the number of companies registered in this time period is far greater than any year in the last decade.
This indicates how the real estate and construction industry is expanding.
Additionally, apart from the real estate companies, the SECP registered 26,502 companies in 2022.
It is important to mention that SECP’s total number of companies has reached 172,234.
