PESHAWAR: The 9th Serena Hotels property in Pakistan, the Pearl Continental Hotel in Peshawar, has been acquired by Tourism Promotion Services (Limited) Pakistan, the owners and managers of Serena Hotels in Pakistan.

The details revealed that with the portfolio of hotels in Islamabad, Peshawar, Kabul, and Dushanbe, Serena Hotels will enable regional connectivity for tourists and business travelers in addition to extending the tourist circuit in the province.

Peshawar, being the oldest city in Pakistan, has a rich cultural heritage which would help the hotel to expand the brand offering to whole new heights by acting as a gateway to Central Asia.

The sources informed us that the business is confident to make use of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s tourist industry’s vast untapped potential.

Besides the Swat Serena Hotel, this will be the 2nd Serena Hotel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, allowing the brand to link the different tourist communities with the rural sections of the province.

Additionally, the bedrooms, restaurants, banqueting and conference rooms, public spaces, and Maisha Spa and Health Club would also be renovated.
