ISLAMABAD: Grand Orchard in Rawalpindi had its official groundbreaking ceremony hosted by Zameen.com and Premier Choice International.
The DHA Phase 1 site had a groundbreaking event, which was inaugurated by Brigadier Muhammad Jawad, Administrator DHA Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
As per the details, Brigadier Nazir Hussain Khan (r), Secretary DHAI-R, Mohsin Aziz Khawaja Director Marketing DHAI-R, and CFO DHA Pervaiz Usman attended the event.
Furthermore, Zameen.com was represented by Assistant Director of Acquisitions Mohsin Gulzar and Head of Acquisitions Adeel Nasir.
Besides, Premier Choice International’s CEO Amran Zia and Mahad Imran along with other senior officials of the organization were also among the attendees.
According to the sources, Premier Choice International is the company behind the Grand Orchard project.
The profile of Premier Choice International also includes River Hill 1,2,3,4, Box Park, and River Loft.
Additionally, a mall and serviced apartments are 2 of Grand Orchard’s top facilities in DHA Phase 1 which is located on a 4-lane boulevard with a 2-lane dedicated service road connecting the site.
The project is renowned for its futuristic design, being a card-based community (using the same card for parking access, amenities, apartments, etc.), with 4 layers of security, Grade AAA parking, modern amenities, and efficient waste and water preservation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mohsin Gulzar of Zameen.com, claimed that the initiative will be financially advantageous for the residents of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
He continued by saying that Zameen.com and Premier Choice will be working on more lucrative initiatives in the future.
