ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s real estate company, Zameen.com, recently held an open house in Islamabad.
This event was held due to the growing market interest in property projects that featured 25 mixed nature real estate projects.
River Hills 5, Grand Palladium, and River Courtyard I & II are among the featured projects. In addition, replicas of these projects were also showcased at the event.
Hassan Danish, Senior Director of Sales, stated that the company had always hoped to expand its brand portfolio to include the entire country in order to provide a platform for the growth of real estate ventures.
It is to note here that Zameen.com, in collaboration with Premier Choice Developer, held the groundbreaking ceremony for two megaprojects, River Hills 5 and River Courtyard 2, in June 2022.
According to the details, River Courtyard 2 is being built in Bahria Town phase 7 which features permanent residences and serviced apartments.
Alongside, River Hills 5 is being built in DHA phase 1 and will have 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.
