Khurram Ali Mehran has been promoted to public relations (PR) director, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) on Friday. He was previously serving as deputy director public relations.
He has vast experience in journalism, broadcasting and public relations. M Phil in Mass Communications, Khurram enjoys the singular distinction of two gold medals in Masters (Mass Communications).
